You know the drill3; you should check your smoke detectors regularly, replace the batteries at least twice a year and practice an escape plan with your family just in case. But startling new research by the Home Safety Council finds that only about a third of Americans have actually taken these steps. What are you waiting for? Fires kill thousands of people every year. Do you like to pay for something even when you don´t use it? That seems patently unfair, doesn´t it? We´ll that is exactly what happens when you have a traditional water heater. With a standard tank type water heater, you heat and reheat the same water even when you're sleeping. The Rinnai tankless water heater is a more efficient way to heat water. It heats water quickly and delivers an endless supply of hot water for as long as you need it. With the Rinnai tankless water heater, you only pay to heat water when you need it and for as long as you want it. A tankless hot water heater is 30 percent more energy efficient than a standard water heater and up to 50 percent more energy efficient than an electric water heater. Rinnai tankless hot water heaters are also small and can be installed in places a tank water heater can´t.
