A native of Antigua, West Indies, I immigrated to St. Croix, U. S. Virgin Islands, and enlisted in the
U. S. Navy upon graduation from high school.  While on active duty,  many honors were bestowed including, "Rookie" Recruiter of The Year,  Recruiter of The Year, Small Station of The Year (three consecutive years), Member, Area Commanders Club (The top Navy Recruiters in Southeastern United States and Caribbean), and several accolades and medals of distinction. After 27 years of honorable service, I retired from the Navy at the rank of Lieutenant Commander. During my career, I was renowned for accomplishing tasks and difficult challenges thought to be impossible to achieve, and will utilize these same qualities to help you achieve great results.
